Atmospare QT GmbH is a research and development company founded in Vienna in Q2 2024, specializing in advanced CO₂ decomposition technologies.
- What We Do: We have developed a new approach to split the CO₂ molecule into O₂ and apolar, atomic, picometer-scale carbon atom.
CCMS stands for Carbon Capture and Molecule Split — a new technology protected by new IP.
Roadmap: now pure CO₂. Next: flue gas. Then: air.
The only energy input is pressure (0.5–2 bar) — no additional energy source, no electricity, and no chemicals are required.
- Prototypes: We have built and tested multiple working prototypes (lab-scale).
- Market Opportunity: Each year, over 37 billion tons of CO₂ are emitted globally. Our technology improves existing DAC processes by eliminating the need for underground CO₂ sequestration.
We will enable on-site emission reduction with our container-based solution, which can be installed directly at pollution sources such as power plants and biogas plants, reducing harmful emissions from flue gas.
In later stages, our technology will also enable direct CO₂ reduction from ambient air.
Our goal: A reliable and scalable new technology to reduce CO₂ emissions.
